This listing is for the $75.00 deposit only. The deposit secures your spot at the retreat. The remaining balance will be invoiced on July 1, 2026.
Retreat Price is $375.00, which includes:
- An exclusive cross-stitch project/kit
- Cross-stitch finishing products provided by Chantelle Deimling of Chantelle’s 141 and cross-stitch design provided by Annie Beez Folk Art
- Two and a half days of stitching time with friends
- Cross-stitch Smalls Exchange
- Gifts and Swag
- Friday night pizza food truck, snacks, and fun
Cancellation Policy:
A $75.00 deposit is required to secure your spot and is refundable up until the balance has been paid. Invoices for the balance will be sent on July 1st, 2026. This event is not eligible for refunds in the event of cancellation once the balance has been paid. However, if an attendee cannot attend, all physical items included in the event will be mailed to the participant after the retreat.

Located in Chantelle’s small hometown, the retreat venue is separate from your lodging accommodations. Various hotels are available within a 10-minute drive of our retreat venue. Food and lodging are not included in the retreat fee. You are responsible for making room reservations at the hotel of your choice. The Okemos Rd. and Jolly Rd. intersection in Okemos, MI, has several hotel options and is the best location to find a hotel for this retreat.

Schedule:
- Thursday, September 10 – 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Meet and greet with Annie Beez Folk Art.
- Friday, September 11 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Stitching time and shopping. Pizza food truck dinner and exclusive kit and finishing presentation.
- Saturday, September 12 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Stitching time, Smalls Exchange and prizes in the evening.
- Sunday, September 13 – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Stitching time and wrap-up.

The total price for this event is $375.00 per person.
