This listing is for the $75.00 deposit only. The deposit secures your spot at the retreat. The remaining balance will be invoiced on March 1, 2026.

Retreat Price

$375.00, which includes:

• Workshop-style retreat with Lois of Lady Dot Creates
• Exclusive hands-on sessions learning how to use trims, embellishments, and finishing touches from Lady Dot Creates
• Finishing demonstrations and projects with Chantelle Deimling of Chantelle’s 141 using custom wood displays
• Two and a half days of stitching, learning, and creating with friends
• Cross-stitch Smalls Exchange
• Gifts and swag
• Friday evening dinner included (all other meals on your own)

Cancellation Policy

A $75.00 deposit is required to secure your spot and is refundable until the balance has been paid.
Invoices for the remaining balance will be sent on March 1, 2026.
Once the balance has been paid, the event is non-refundable.
If an attendee cannot attend, all physical items and workshop materials included in the event will be mailed to the participant after the retreat.

Located in Chantelle’s small hometown, the retreat venue is separate from your lodging accommodations.
Hotels are available within a 10-minute drive of the venue.
Food (other than the included Friday dinner) and lodging are not included in the retreat fee.
We recommend staying near the Okemos Rd. and Jolly Rd. intersection in Okemos, MI, where you’ll find several hotel options.

Workshops continue, Smalls Exchange, prizes, and stitching time

Sunday, May 17 – 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Final stitching session and wrap-up
