PA Dutch Tomato Pinkeep is inspired by mid-1800s Pennsylvania Dutch (or German) show towels. Brenda Gervais, having collected many of these over the years, appreciates their story and simplicity. They exemplify the design theory that "less is more." Brenda has incorporated favorite motifs and letter styles from various towels to create this pincushion. The pattern provides detailed finishing instructions for constructing the cross stitch into a pincushion drum.
